We have a large, heavily wooded and therefore shady back yard. It’s about 1/3 acre in Rochester Hills and is laden with weeds and brush making it nearly impossible to maintain. We called Rob for a quote and to help paint a vision for design. This is where Rob shines. We only knew that we wanted a focal point, fire pit area for entertaining and to reclaim much of the unusable, untamed land. Rob brought in pictures, samples, walked the property with me and my Wife multiple times as we refined and honed the vision. With this type of larger scale land and hard-scaping it would be nearly impossible to design the entire project ahead of time. That’s where our faith in Rob and the Sinacori crew is essential. Rob actually grew up in our sub and between that, seeing many of their projects first hand and knowing their excellent reputation we moved forward with a $25k+ project that we felt was a reasonable price for the scope of work. The best way for us to describe the outcome is one word - oasis. The project took 6 days in total and started with brush removal and excavating a path to what would become the dramatic fire pit focal point dug out of the side of a sloping hill. Each day Rob would meet with us multiple times to update on progress, ask questions and plan for the coming stages/work. This gave us time to think and plan and made for an incredibly collaborative relationship that translated into a project that has exceeded our expectations. Each day the crew was on time, stayed the expected duration, were efficient and thoroughlu cleaned up at the end of the day. Very impressed with their work ethic. We called Sinacori and they came out promptly to determine what we wanted, and then provided a proposal, which we accepted. The work was performed per the time frame promised and the results were about five times better that we could have imagined with large rocks placed on the stream bank to prevent future erosion, with fill placed in the low areas near the stream, followed by grass seeding. In addition, they provided a water pump free of charge to assist with watering the grass seed (which came in beautifully). Other work performed included a swale on the side of the house to allow proper eve trough drainage, and on another eve trough drain, a pipe was placed underground to allow rain water to be moved away from the house to a drain field. These are working perfectly. We intend to have Sinacori return for some rear patio work in 2021. We are very satisfied with Sinacori and their professional work, advice, and a very nice work crew. Regarding the work crew: The skills of the heavy equipment operators were astounding to us and our neighbors, as we watched them place stones (some weighing 500 pounds) with precision along the stream bank; after the bank was prepared to receive the stones. They also removed the trunk and roots of a very large maple tree that had been previously cut down by another company, so that we could have grass in the area. We are very happy with the work provided by Sinacori.

Sinacori Landscaping came out and spoke with us about the front of our home -it needed a new look . The tired 1980's landscaping is gone and now we have the gem of the neighborhood. Sinacori Landscaping even working in some of our old plantings into the new design. Couldn't be happier from start to finish.

Job went very smooth changes were made on some plantings and some extra costs were incurred . Job was completed in April which was much sooner than expected which was a plus. Very happy with landscaping. Would of been nice if Chris or someone from company came to talk to me in person about our satisfaction at completion of job. Instead they emailed me Bill and I had to talk with them by phone.

Sinacori does a great job with cutting the lawn and weekly cleanup. They are professional, reliable and conscientious. They are however a bit expensive, but I file this under "you get what you pay for". We have had cheaper service providers with problems.

The crew was on time, professional and extremely hard working. They hand transferred all the building materials and cleaned each stone before they rebuilt the walls. It was a positive experience and we have more work for them to do.

We actually won this service for free in a contest through a Novi home show. The guys are really friendly, did really quality work and they got it done really quickly. The owner drew up plans for us and gave us options to go with. I thought that was really nice since we knew we wanted a new sidewalk but had no ideas of what we wanted it to look like. I would hire him again.
