Shane came over on Monday and we spent about 20 minutes discussing what needed to be done. He took notes and gave me an estimate for the work. He later called and said he could start on Friday. Shane and a crew of 4 arrived on time and ready to get to work on Friday morning. He decided to bring a full crew so that the job could be finished in a single day rather than inconvenience us over the weekend. That was a surprise since we hadn't discussed that. They put on booties over their boots so as not to track in snow and salt from outside. I left them to go back to work wondering if everyone understood what needed to be done. There was no reason to worry. When I arrived at home, everything was done exactly as we discussed. Incredibly, there was not so much as a speck of drywall dust to show that any work had been done! Pretty impressive as we've had a number of contractors in to do various projects and none of them were as neat as these guys. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable price.

It went exceedingly well. Shane Masters, proprietor, knows his stuff. He's done many rentals that need the same type of work. Shane was up on all the codes and knew exactly how to tackle the job. The crew showed up on time and did a very professional job. They cleaned up after themselves. Shane was present for the inspection by the city and the job was approved without any issues. I'm so happy that I found Masters Electric and I will hire them again if needed.
