Lutz has done many repairs to our commercial, flat roofs. Our family owns a couple of small commercial retail centers and they have re-roofed one and repaired our other one. We requested a torch-down roof for the re-roof project and it lasted at least 10 years without more than a couple small leaks, which is great for a flat roof, trust me. I have also called on them to repair a bunch of leaks from a bad roof job we had done by a "friend", and the repairs have ranged from good to okay. Overall, I would say they do a good job at a reasonable price. Their last quote to re-roof the bad-job roof we have is a bit too high, but I hope to get another quote that will look better sometime soon. Overall: trustworthy, their timing is great, good prices and a good job.
