Barb office coordinator informed me when & what time / dates for items to be done. Crew very nice, especially Craig. Jeff owner splendid person and very knowledgeable in all aspects of work. All work is in writing, prior to start of job. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Job on 5/11/16 2nd bathroom tiled, replacement cast iron tub. Previous jobs remodel kitchen install new cabinets, install back splash. Gutted and remodeled master bathroom. Future job repair roof and ceiling in living room.

My husband and I have been wanting to update our master bathroom for a while and I cannot believe we didn't do this sooner. They were super nice and very knowledgeable. My bathroom feels like a spa now and i just know this will raise the value of our home. Would definitely recommend using Lotus.

+ 0 moreLotus residential services was an awesome company to work with. Jeff Lincoln, Designed the project and oversaw everything from beginning to end. Everything they did was as promised, pricing was the same on the fist day as it was the last, workers always showed up on time, and cleaned up before they left. All of the employees at lotus were friendly and courteous. The entire project was handled with meticulous detail. They made sure I was 100% happy with everything before they were complete. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will use them over and over again.
Description of Work: finished basement from studs to finishes. Designed and remodeled entire basement, including full bath, living room area, bar area and rec room.
