H2O Irrigation, Inc.

So far, no good. We hired H2O last month to install a new irrigation system. They first came out on 5/20/20 to start the job. After installing the system, they discovered that due to our low water pressure, they would need to install more zones than originally estimated. So our price of course went way up. They agreed to a more reasonable price, however now they are holding us hostage and are refusing to come back to finish the job until two weeks from now - absolutely ridiculous! It will be a full four weeks from start to finish (if they do come back when they are now saying they will). Project manager stopped answering our calls, and attempts to resolve this with the owner were to no avail. What kind of company starts new jobs without completing in-process work? I'm sure it is because they know we have zero options at this point and we are stuck. We invested thousands of dollars in plants that are still in pots because they installed lines exactly where we told them we were planning on planting, and the plants we were able to get in the ground are now dying due to lack of water. We have to go out every evening to water them ourselves, which is the entire reason we wanted an irrigation system!! Cannot recommend this company.

My grass looks beautiful. They are very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

H2O did a fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, reliable and very pleasant to work and deal with. I would recommend them to any one and will use them in the future to service my system.

Since just purchasing the home I had called the company that was listed on system. They were a no show. H2O not only showed, but were very informative about my system. They offered info about upgrading as well. Will definitely call again.

We paid them what they asked for. No bargaining. They charge a ton, we thought it will be worth it their "professional" service. The sprinklers were not well aligned, they had to come to readjust it, thats ok. Then they "forgot" to tell us when to switch off the sprinklers for the new sod. The owner (who is by the way the most courteous and professional) came in a few days later and asked us why the sprinklers are running so often. Hello! its your staff that set it up. Anyways our water bill was 1000$ (no exaggeration: actual amount). The charged us a hefty amount for winterization which I understand as there is some work involved. But they charged us a significant amount even for re-opening the pipes in spring. Then the weather changed and the outside valve burst. It was a nightmare trying to get them to have serviced and even when they did they were very rude. Customer service lacks professionalism. Its a typical company where they care less after the works done and money's paid.

I called one day prior to needing service and they answered promptly, took my info, and said they'd call me at 8:00 AM the next morning as they would not know exactly when their crew would arrive. The next morning, at 7:40 AM I'm getting a call saying my crew I at the door and no one is answering, I will have to reschedule. (I was upstairs showering as I was expecting a call or service around 8:00). At 7:46: AM, I called back and was basically told I was wrong, didn't listen, etc., and can reschedule. By trade, I have to listen and understand detail. I NEVER was told of the possibility of early service and am totally in disbelief of how I was treated, especially after returning their call within six minutes. They should have turned their crew around and made it right immediately. Joanne was completely rude and could care less if I went to a competitor. Perhaps I should, as H2O is TWICE as expensive as some other local companies. - With price, I'd expect great service.

Came promptly

The service was prompt. After calling, a representative was able to meet me twenty minutes later to give an estimate.  They were professional and knowledgable.  I received a few more estimates that weren't as good and called back to schedule a service date.  They were able to do the system a couple days later.  Originally I was quoted for a 6-stage system, but once they began the install they decided there would be better coverage and water pressure with a 7-stage system.  They added the additional stage for no cost.  They completed everything in an afternoon, and they walked me through how to set it up and run the system.  I had sod installed a few days later and H2O came out and adjusted the heads and even fixed a head that got broken during the grading process before sod installation.  The system has been working flawlessly, and I am very happy that I went with H2O.
