Keith is thorough and caring. He took the time to listen to what my main “deal breaker” concerns were and took the time to go over each one with a fine toothed comb! He has great attention to detail and is trustworthy. I felt like he was inspecting my potential house as if he was the one that was buying it. He put together a comprehensive and detailed report for our review so that we had record of everything he found. I was very pleased with his work and have referred him to everyone I know that needs an inspection. I will definitely use his services again if I ever buy a new house! Highly recommend. :)
