I have used Pipe Wrench several times. I am complete satisfied with my experience. Brad is great he is always on time and lets you know when he will arrive. My projects have been completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. He took steeps to keep my floors clean why working and cleaned up after hes done.

While he was here he went through my house and checked the plumbing to see if there was anything to be fixed also gave me some tips. While he was here I was telling him that my garbage disposal was not working well, he had one on his truck and installed it right then and there. He was very knowledgeable and honest. His customer service was first rate. When I need a plumbing repair or consult I definitely will be calling Brad.

Brad was great and he did one thing that above everything else pleased me. I hate it when people wear their shoes in my house, I require people to take their shoes off at the door.
Brad had shoe covers he was putting them on before I asked. To some that might not be that big a deal, to me it shows he is concerned.
He keep things clean and organized and was fast. I will use him for future projects and recommend him. I am having him quote putting in a under the sink water system.
