I am a fully insured InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector - CPI. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing. I promise to inspect your new home or property as if you were a member of my family. I strongly encourage all my clients to accompany me through the inspection process so they may understand and learn the primary core systems and components of the home. Everything we discuss and cover will be in a comprehensive report so you have a strong understanding of your future home.
