Description of Work: Mike Roberson of Pioneer consulting did my home inspection on a house I am purchasing. He was fantastic. Very thorough and went through every inch of the house and explained everything so thoroughly in plain English that I could understand. Reasonably priced as well.

I found Mike Roberson to be very professional and caring about his work. He fit me in on a tight schedule and was very thorough. he arrived on time, took many pictures so that we could see exactly what he was looking at. I was able to stay in contact with him in a variety of ways,(phone, e-mail, text, etc..). He went through the report with me on every page that I had questions about and explained everything so that I had a clear understanding to my question .Found Mike to be very informative and a great guy to work with. Would definitely recommend Mike to anyone that is looking for a home inspector.
