Wonderfully! I have signed up for multiple classes and enjoyed every one! They have instructors for all different levels of yoga and have recently introduced Pilates and belly dancing! There is also a chair yoga class offered to accommodate yogis interested in a seated practice. I have attended workshops and special events geared toward the local yoga enthusiasts which also includes our Canadian friends just a mile across the International Bridge. The studio is in an old church and the long windows when lit in candlelight in the evening and the 100+ year old hardwood floor brings an amazing peace to your practice. I am very grateful to have been introduced to this warm, inclusive and welcoming community to which I feel very much a part in such short time. I highly recommend this studio for your yoga practice.
