Twice we have tried to use this provider. The first time (a year or two ago) he came to fix my dryer but after his repair it still didn't work (and he wouldn't listen when I tried to explain the problem--just dismissed me). After numerous calls over weeks and weeks which he didn't return I finally bought a new dryer. He did reimburse part of the cost of the repair.
Now my husband has had a part for our stove on order (supposedly) from him for over a month and he won't return our calls. We haven't been able to use our oven for about 3 months. I don't know if he has ordered the part or if he was just blowing smoke. I don't know how he stays in business!
