Parkers is actually now Parkers Ace Hardware, they switched from Tru Value a number of years ago. Same location, same family, in fact the 3rd generation is working at the store; they just switched franchises to provide better variety to the customers. This last time I was in was in search for a belt for my 20 year old riding lawn mower. The old belt had no numbers, but Scott was able to measure it and search the back room for one that matched and I now have a working lawn mower and I know the numbers for he belt should I ever need one in the future. Customer service is #1 at Parkers and they are a great example of family values in a family owned business. If they don't have what you need, they will help you find it elsewhere.
