Kaysner Construction has been well known and respected in the Sault Ste. Marie area since the 40’s. Chris Piche has been the owner since 1993( April 8) Under his guidance Kaysner has specialized in roofing. With his experience in general construction he is able to analyze not only your roofing and insulation needs but also all the other building components that affect your building. For the past nine years Kaysner Construction has been voted the "Best Roofing Company in Chippewa/Luce/Mackinac Counties". In order to continue living up to this title Kaysner has hired some of the best roofers in Michigan.

This crew was amazing! They showed up on time every day and got immediately to work. They worked from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 P.M. for 3 days. We have a very complicated roof with dormers and peaks. Our new roof is beautiful!


The crew was extremely professional and respectful. They took great care in protecting our home and the landscaping. There was no damage whatsoever. The clean-up was perfect...not a nail, paper, or shingle anywhere.



Frankly, I have never experienced this degree of professionalism before. So happy we selected Kaysner Construction.

Placed a new roof on our new house and garage for us in a very professional, timely manner. Spoke with the owner who then came out and measured the area then prepared an estimate promptly. The roofing crew were very polite every time we encountered one of them from leaving the house, and they cleaned up the yard 110%. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a roof that will last for 30 + years.

We were very impressed with the work Kaysner did. We had another estimate that was twice what this one was. Kaysner worked with us on the color of the shingles and the flashing to match the brick on our house. The ground was cleaned up every day, and we have not found any scrap from this job. We would definitely recommend using them and would use them ourselves in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with the work. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Any concerns that I did have he answered right on the spot. We even had material shortages, and he made sure the job was complete before the weather changed. I would highly recommend him.
