When we first realized our roof was leaking my wife and I were very concerned about the damage it could cause on the inside of our house, we looked in the phone book and called 2 "roofing contractors" to which only one showed up and was 45 minutes late. So I talked to my wife and we decided we didn't want that guy working on our home. In the mean time I talked to some of my co-workers and more than one said to call Dennis with Fairview construction. I called Dennis on a Tuesday and explained to him my roof was in bad shape and starting to leak, he told me not to worry that he would be there the next day at 3pm.
He showed up at 2:55 and met with my wife and I, he then went up on our roof tarped our bad spot so it would not leak anymore. He had an estimate to us by the end of the week and was 15% less then the other guy.
He has a very hard working crew that did an excellent job, They showed up on time and cleaned the roofing debris every day of the project. I would recommend Fairview construction to ANYONE that needs work done.

He looked at the sink and fixed a shaby job that the homes original owners did. It took him all of 20 minutes to do so and it required no parts.
He mentioned that he does roofing as well. I aked him about a few leak problems that we are havong with the roof. He crawled up through a small hole in our ceiling and inspected the snow covered roof from the inside (i wondered what was up there). He found a few problems where the roof needed repair.
I originally planned on paying cash for the repairs but he suggested calling my insurance company first and even told me what to tell them and even took pictures of the problem. Something I would of completely missed since I am an uneducated home owner.
After all was said and done he simply gave me his card and refused to take any payment for the work.
I will surely call them again after I talk to the insurance company.
