Dr. Hall was extremely friendly and cared about my cat. He also answered all the questions my 11 year old daughter had.

The staff was professional and extremely patient with 4 dogs causing chaos in the room. I always have a good experience with them.

they sent my dog home with steroids and said it would take a month or 2 to show signs of improvement. I called them on Sunday the 7th of August and told them my dog was worse they said I told you it would take awhile for her to show signs of improvement My dog would not eat she could or not get up.They said if they put her down today they would charge me for a emergency call and to have her put to sleep $200.00 more plus the $400.00. So Monday morning I brought her in to be put to sleep. They charged me another $100.00.My dog was only 5 years old.

It went well and Dr, Hall knew I was afraid it was cancer. He said to remember the glass is always half ful. They were gentle with my dog and he also explained his background and training. He studied cancer research at Michan State as well as became a Vetranarian. I feel very blessed to have him here in my area.

The vet, Kate and her associate were the kindest I have seen in a long time. I have been looking for a vet, since my last vet that was good retired, and her replacement turned out to be terrible, I was so happy to find her.
She spent a lot of time with us, my Mom and me, having to make this awful decision, I even asked her about her other patients, and she said it didn't matter, she spent the time with us. And answered all of my questions clearly and so I could understand everything to make the right decision.
She was so caring, both of them. My cat could sense that. He laid on the table so calmly. He trusted them because they treated him so kindly.
I told her if I ever get another cat, I will definetely come back and have her as my vet for sure!

Surgery went well. Recuperation and healing went extremely well. She was back up and running around within two days! These guys are wonderful to work with. We switched vets after trying to figure out what was wrong with our 10-year-old Border Collie and Chippewa Animal Clinic was much more thorough in their examination of her. Not long ago, our pup swallowed an earring and their on-call vet was extremely helpful and kind even though I called on a Sunday evening!

I have been using this clinic for over 15 years with various pets. Always courteous, respectful, prompt. Obviously love the animals and treat them well. Had an experience with one of our dogs who was having pain on a weekend. The vet was willing to help us over the phone and even agreed to see the dog if we thought we couldn't handle it until Monday. We managed her pain and brought the dog in Monday and the problem was treated. Have had numerous visits with my cats in the past. Always happy with this clinic. I love the atmosphere of the office, it's homey, so are the grounds. Staff is great as well. Obvious that they are all doing something they enjoy.As far as costs? Well i paid a huge sum for our most recent trip there, but I did not expect anything cheaper. I knew it was going to be high. Veterinarian services are not cheap and I'm not upset about the price.The most recent, when the Vet spoke to my husband on the phone and helped us with our dog's pain. I felt really good about that. i could never get a "human" doctor to be that attentive when my kids came up sick on a weekend! It was hours in ER. This makes me relaxed about any future problems that come up with our pets (we have 5) as when necessary we can get help.

It wasn't too expensive for the checkup. We would recommend them. They have good vets and the staff is really good and friendly. We will definitely continue to use them.
