She was a little busy that day, our appointment was a couple minutes behind (We Didn't Mind)! She treats her patients as if they are her own, always has! So when she takes a few extra minutes with are dogs it, I have no complaints when she does the same for other pets. She CARES for and about all of her Patients! We won't use another VETERINARIAN.

Very friendly service! Greeted before both feet were in the door with a smile by all staff in the room. They asked me who I had with me, and checked me in. They asked me to update my personal information but even offered to hold my dog's leash and preoccupy him for me. The visit with the Vet went wonderful, I love how she spoke to my dog and felt all over completely doing a physical on just a regular yearly exam. More than my doctor does anymore. She asked ms if I had any questions , then led me to the front desk and introduced me to the receptionist that would be helping me. Very happy with the Staff, Service, and Fees. Here you definitely get what you pay for, which is what I want for my pets. Thanks Dr. Anderson.

Our Dogs have always had a problem going to a Veterinarian.
We have two German Short haired Pointers, both are strong and playful. Both Dogs are well behaved at home, love going into the field, love going for walks, and love going for rides. But getting our dogs into the front doors of any (and I mean ANY!) Veterinarian Hospital, Clinic or Kennel for that matter is sometimes tricky.
I’m not sure how to read the staff while our dogs are misbehaving, but Dr Anderson finds humor in our two bookends.
Dr. Anderson has a calming demeanor towards our dogs, whether in the front commons area or her back treatment rooms our dogs seem to become more calm and to a degree…perfectly docile creatures.
Dr. Anderson, her Technicians, and Staff are AMAZING!!

They were so good with us. They took good care of our dog when she had cancer in her stomach. They gave us a comfortable, peaceful place when we had to put our dog to sleep. Afterwards, they even gave us a box that our cremated dog was in with a place for a picture of her. The people are very good and caring. They are always there.

I took my dog in for her shots which were required to register her with the city - they not only updated the appropriate vaccinations, but filed the city registration paperwork for me and provided the required tags. Several months later I had a major flea issue and when I went to the office for help, the receptionist took considerable time to review what I had and hadn't tried yet and provided me with the appropriate products (which worked!!! hooray!!!) They seem to genuinely care not only about the animals, but provide excellent service to their owners as well.
