Tech was courteous and professional and on time. Price was a bit high for the service but I didn't shop around.

Plumbers stayed until new water heater was completely installed even though the job took longer than it should. There were several code issues that needed to be resolved due to age of old water heater. They explained each step as they went. Very professional.

I was very pleased with the service quality and responsiveness from the Carey team on this service call. They were quick to respond to my service need and they completed the work in a timely fashion.
I have a long relationship with the Carey team going back to the heat, air conditioning and plumbing work they did for me on the major renovation I did in my home 9 years ago. I have used them for all my plumbing needs since that time. I use them annually to do a sping and fall tune-up to my heating and air condition systems, in addition to any times where I have had an unexpected plumbing problem arise. I have always found the office staff at Carey to be courteous, knowledgable and efficient in handing my inquiries and needs. The quality of their work is very good and they always do a good job of explaining to me the problem and the solution/repair that they have done. They seem to stay up-to-date on the latest technology. The service team is highly trustworthy and professional - I am very comfortable having them in my house. I would recommed Carey to anyone looking for a high quality plumbing, heating and air conditioning installation and repair business in the Midland area.

I was very impressed with this service. A Carey employee was in my home the day after my initial call to their office, I appreciate their quick response time. The person on the other end of the phone when I called was courteous and helped me understand that Carey Plumbing and Heating was qualified and willing to take on my project. I found the service to be extremely professional, the work was done quickly and with high quality and attention to detail, every step was explained and options given as available. The work site was left as good or even cleaner that before the work began. Advice regarding pump maintenance and optional changes to my two pump system to separate them and prevent potential problems in the future was provided and is appreciated.

Good response time, fair price for faucet, a time consuming struggle to install the faucet purchased from them. Spent nearly 3 hours assmbling and installing a faucet. Very nice and personable plumber but had little or no past experience in installing this particular faucet, even though it is one that was recommended by their company and purchased from them. Result was , in my oppinion, too much time spent. Plumber assigned to the job repeatedly commented that he was embarrassed by all of the difficulties he was having and how much time it was taking. In fairness, the company reduced the time charges slightly to 2 1/2 hours, but I still thought that was a lot for sweating a foot of 1/2 copper pipe with two couplings and two elbows in order to intall a three piece ( spout assembly plus 2 valves) faucet . I might use them again but would question, before committing, to ensure that the person assigned had the necessary experience to do the job in a timely manner.

"Thank you for reporting your experience with our company, we do continually strive to provide the best customer service along with quality staff and products. We would like to add to your comments to provide a broader picture of this installation. When we first discussed the installation we were told that the access for the plumbing was small, we made a mistake in not taking in consideration getting hands, tools, torches, etc. into such a small space. We ordered the Roman tub faucet that the customer picked out and our newest plumber to our team arrived to install. Unfortunately, he could not access the plumbing so he left the faucet on the job and the homeowner would enlarge the opening. We received a call that a change in faucets would be preferred, we ordered the same faucet in a different finish, and with the second faucet and a larger access our plumber was able to complete the installation. In fairness to our plumber this was his first time installing this particular brand of Roman tub faucet. His experience with Roman tub faucets has been on new construction with easier access to plumbing prior to the surround being enclosed, this is a training issue that we accept responsibility for and are working to correct. We did take off some time for the installation itself and did not charge for the first trip or the cost to ship the first faucet back to the manufacturer's warehouse. Thank you sharing your experience, this will allow us to correct weakness in our training."
