He doesn’t return phone calls. Not happy.

Jim is very flexible. He came out and gave an estimate, was very knowledgeable on what he was going to do. He charged a low fee for the estimate, and was able to work with us on when we would be ready for his service. We then needed him to come out another time between the estimate and work, for us to ask questions and find out what needed to be finished so he would be able to the job hired for. On the day we arranged a time, he was running behind from a previous job, he was nice enough to call and let us know. The day he performed the service he arrived shortly before 5pm, and although we said it was not necessary to finish it in one day, he stayed until the job was finished, which was well into the evening. I would not hesitate to call him again, he is very polite and experienced in his trade. I also would recommend him as a quality plumber!

I am a REALTOR and provide Property Management, I use Jim's for various projects both plumbing & heating. the most recent came after a hard rain and a renter complained of excess water in the yard and Jim pumped the water to the street (approved) in a prompt manner.
