Very low cost and give very good care ? been with them for at least 5 yrs. They are very friendly and helpful and always try to get your animal to be seen as quickly as possible, especially if the animal needs immediate attention. I don't usually have to wait too long to be seen, longest I've had to wait is probably about 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend to others.

We had two experiences with this vet and will not go back for a third. Our first appointment we made, we needed to get a male kitten neutered, leukemia testing and approx age notification. We had to wait six weeks to get an appointment for it. We were told to arrive at 8am for our appointment. We arrived approx ten minutes early and the doors were locked, so we waited on the bench next to the entrance. At 8am, still locked. We tried to call them and no one answered the phone. By 8:15 when it was still locked and no one answered the phone, we started to walk around the building. There was a staff member there who proceeded to tell me she couldn't find her keys, then insisted we DID NOT have an appointment. I informed her we certainly did, that I had even stopped in the week prior to ask a question and confirm the appointment. She then offered to take our kitten. I reminded her again what he was there for. Although their price for neutering was very reasonable, the wait to get in and the unprofessionalism was terrible. And the cost for the testing was very high. Also, they never did inform me the approximate age of the kitten.
We had a second appointment a week later (made at the same time as our first kitten) for a female kitten found by my son. We needed to have her spayed along with the other tests as well as worming. Our appointment was at 9:15 am. When we arrived the receptionist then informed us we were NOT on the surgery schedule. When I notified her how long ago we made the appointment as well as the fact that we informed the office that we MUST get everything done at once because we knew the kitten would need the sedation to complete everything since she was found in the wild, very skittish and difficult to catch. She kept insisting we weren't on the schedule, despite me having an appointment card. I informed her this was terrible. We had the appointment for weeks, it would traumatize the kitten to go through it again, that she had not eaten or drank anything per their instructions, the receptionist then stated she would ask the vet to and quot;fit her inand quot; despite my an appointment card showing our appointment. She said that if they could not do the surgery she would call me by 10:30am. I thought that would be fine because it was still early enough in the day that if I had to come pick her up, I could still take her to our old vet (we had recently moved but I was willing to make the drive to assure this kitten didn't go through anything else).
Well 10:30 came and went and we thought all was good, UNTIL we get a call at THREE PM telling us that they and quot;did everything else but the surgeryand quot;!! What the heck? It was now three in the afternoon? Definitely too late to take her to our other vet and certainly PAST the 10:30 time she said she will call is if they were not going to do the surgery! I expressed to her great disappointment in this, especially since we HAD an appointment for weeks for this. She tried to tell us all kinds of excuses, but that's all they were, excuses.
When I went to pick up the kitten, they hadn't even wormed her, they had the medication there for me to do it! They didn't tell me her age either. All they did was the leukemia testing and keep her in a cage all day long. This is just unacceptable!
Needless to say, we will never bring a pet back to this vet. They are very unorganized, do not accept responsiblity for their errors, do not seem to put the best interest of the animal first and do not complete the work they are asked to do. It was a terrible experience and we will not recommend them or return. I do hope for the sake of the animals and their owners, they work out these issues.
