They are very friendly. I would use them in the future.

He is really friendly and knowledgeable and is able to service a lot of other home systems like your water heater. He taught us how to set our humidifier on our furnace and knew what he was doing. He was very professional and I felt comfortable having him in our home. He carried a little container of Clorox wipes and cleaned everything up after he finished; I really liked him and would recommend him to anyone that I know. I will use him again in the future.
