They were timely,and they did a fantastic job. It has really improved the image of the garage. I really appreciated them. I think I was trying to go with some of the bigger people, and they were very helpful, and these guys were fantastic. They understood what I was talking about, they were quick, friendly, and cheap.

Very pleasant and professional. Showed up on time and didn't leave a mess. My glass had to be special ordered. It was a pleasant surprise when a 50% deposit wasn't required. I would definitely use Washtenaw Glass again. Highly recommended.

I needed some custom cut glass to protect the top of my coffee tables. They provided quotes right over the phone and I was able to pickup my glass a couple days later. Excellent service.

Other glass companies gave me two weeks out just for an estimate - and when I had two separate appointments, one of these local well-used companies lost my appointment! I called Washtenaw Glass and they couldn't have been nicer. They were out in a matter of two days for an estimate, their price was less expensive than the two other local companies. The repair went great. They were careful in my home, cleaned up all the shattered glass, and the driveway where they worked, were on time, friendly and very professional. They came to Ann Arbor from Saline, so they really are a local company, and I would recommend them highly.

They provided great service. They came out right away and provided an estimate, and showed up on time to perform their services. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

I called first for an estimate, and the woman I spoked to was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When I asked about adding a beveled edge she explained why it may not be worth the extra expense, which I appreciated. I was able to pick up the glass within two days of placing the order. Again, the people at the store were very kind and helped me load the glass into my van. A good experience overall.

I had a really pleasant experience speaking with the ladies in the office. They were able to give me a basic quote, which ended up being correct and WAY cheaper than our other quote. We scheduled an immediate appointment. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, thorough, and sweet!

Uninterested and no understanding of custom glass tub enclosure request. Unwilling to install outside local Saline area. We came in ready to purchase a $1500 solution, but because they were uninterested and lacked knowledge of common custom design (in spite of our efforts to help them understand) and their refusal to do the installation outside their local area, we wasted our time and need to go somewhere else.
