Unbelievable how bad these people are...
First, I must say that during the selection of the trees, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Delivery and Installation Day: TOTAL NIGHTMARE... they came with the trees and had equipment that was extremely large for a subdivision (they even said upon arriving that they did not want to use such big equipment, but was all that was left for them for that day as the other smaller equipment was on other jobs.
They proceeded to drive the large equipment (subdivision lot) and the heavy equipment made impressions where the large tires were (ok, I guess I live with that), HOWEVER, they then tore up (actually destroyed) a very large portion of my yard and my neighbors yard. I cannot even describe to you how much damage they did. (The contractors said they left the machine on and it got away from them and went in circles digging and tearing up the yards). Safety? Concern? Not here sadly...
So, they said they were sorry and of course would repair, add yards of dirt (yes, THAT much damage done)... and replace with sod.
The trees were indeed planted, but they planted them under the ground (meaning no mound on top). I questioned and stated that they could drown (very wet area typically and I had concern) and they simply said they knew what they were doing. Ok...
They then came to repair... showed up with ONE bag of dirt and a bag of grass seed! Unbelievable ...
After numerous calls to the owner (who they referred me to) they finally came out and replaced, repaired and used sod. I was about 80% happy with the job, but at that point and based on above, I moved on...
THEN, after following the Nursery's care procedures and watering, a few weeks later the leaves on 2/3 of the trees planted started to die... I spoke with the Nursery multiple times and they said to add more water... I was very concerned as they were SOAKED in water and I shared my concern. The Nursery again said THEY knew what they were doing and water, water, water...
The trees were getting worse by the day and I purchased a professional water meter for trees (cost me $200) and obtained the results that ... guess what? Yep, they were totally water logged and drowning. I called again, even had the nursery come back out and they said.... MORE WATER!!!
When they came out, I met them on location and where all the leaves (now a bare tree) had fallen off, she said "Oh, see... there are new buds coming!!" I said, ahh, no.... that is simply the petiole (The petiole is the transition between the stem and the leaf blade) of where the leaf USED to be! (I am no botanist, but I at least remembered this from school). She said, nope, those are new buds and your trees will be back to life in weeks...
Well, you guessed it... the "buds" were not buds and the trees died a horrible death. I have multiple trees now that are simply sticks. So I called again and they advised me to "wait it out over the winter" they would surely come back this spring.
So, I called them to let them know the trees are all dead (except one that I refused to follow their instructions on and did not water when it was wet) and it is thriving in the same location.
They told me they would take care of (and back their warranty)... when I called back (no follow up from them ever), they would not return my calls. I persisted and the lady (remember the bud lady?) started crying saying her husband was in the hospital and she was left alone in the place and under lots of stress (from many other dis-satisfied customers perhaps??) just guessing.
So, back to the Manager and he flat out told me they would not do a thing to honor the warranty and that I simply did not follow their watering instructions (which I did).
CAVEAT EMPTOR (Let the buyer beware), if you like this kind of activity in your daily life and like to go to court (next phase), then by all means, I highly recommend using this company.
So sad, I should have just went to Home Depot or Lowes and not tried to support the local community...

I ordered mulch on a wednesday and scheduled it for a friday. The guy on the phone asked did i want it morning or afternoon. I said morning and he checked the schedule and he said they could do it.
Friday came and I called around 11 to see a status. They said they missed it on the sheet about it for the morning since it wasn't highlighted. I would have to get it in the afternoon.
What is the point of asking when i wanted it then? I said morning for a certain reason, now my whole day is messed up!
I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
IF U ORDER MULCH, I SUGGEST IF U HAVE THE CAPABILITIES TO PICK IT UP, PICK IT UP YOURSELF OR CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO DELIVER

It was an overall bad experience that started out very good.
Steve (owner) was knowledgeable and helpful. They had the exact trees in stock which I wanted. The price was competitive. They needed a decision quickly to get them into the following weeks delivery schedule so I agreed and paid in full.
By the end of the following week, I had no notice from them. I called and asked about when the trees would be planted. I was routed to Mike and he indicated that they were scheduling three weeks out and I'd need to wait. Sure enough, they were planted three weeks later. I received no guarantee, instructions or receipt (I gave a credit card over the phone).
During installation, they took my sprinkler system out. They asked if they should plant elsewhere and I said no; either way the sprinkler would need to be fixed. During the installation, they partially staked two of the trees and didn't stake the other two at all. After a couple of weeks, they started to lean (one very much so). I called six times and no one ever was available and they didn't call back. I eventually went back to the store and they assured me they would be out that week to address. They never made it. After a few more phone calls, they did eventually come. They did a half-hearted job and best and the leaning in the trees only got worse.
After another month, the trees all are starting to die on the bottom. I had my landscaper look at them and he indicated that they need watering much more so then they otherwise get from sprinklers (again, we got no instructions from Nature's Garden). They landscaping crew spend 6 hours straightening the trees, removing dead branches and properly staking them. I hoping they come back and I'm glad I'll never need to deal with the incompetence at Nature's Garden again.

I called to place an order for mulch and I obviously got a new and very young employee who was having difficulty so I stopped in since it was on my way home. The young girl was there as well as a manager and they were very friendly. I ordered my mulch and it was delivered the next day as promised. The driver was very friendly and put the mulch right where we wanted it.

They did a wonderful job. They planted all the shrubs. They followed up once the job was done. It was a job well done. I will use them again in the future if required.
