About us
Green-Vision Outdoor Services is a owner/operator lawn maintenance and snow removal company since March 2000. The company has 2 to 3 employees including myself. Most of my work is lawn mowing and snow removal for business and homes. I might not be the biggest company in the area, but like to think I am the best company in the area. Green-Visions goal is to exceed your expectations! Angie's members will get a $25 discount on seasonal contracts.

"Customer was sent contract six weeks before mowing season started. Client never sent back forms, but did call two weeks after the mowing season started and gave a verbal consent to start a WEEKLY CUTTING. I mowed ( very high grass) the yard two times myself training my crew leader and the third time was the staff cutting it. Client called was very rude on the phone. I let him voice his concerns and asked his politely " what can we do for you?' With profanity from the client, He said "send me the bill." Seems from my experience over the years, A business can only do so much, and the customer have to take responsibility for lack of planning. First we sent forms and was not return. second, client wanted a weekly cut this year. third, client still did not sent back forms fourth, client had very tall grass from lack of planning on his part to send back forms firth, customer was very rude. GreenVision will go the extra mile to make you happy, but we cannot do it without proper communication with the clients."
Mike did show up on the day we had scheduled and the work in the work order was complete. My babysitter, who was home at the time, indicated that the work was done in about 3-4 hours.
I did not follow up to have the company complete the work (my own choice) as I was busy and didn't have time to meet with Mike again to go over the work he missed.
"Thank you for a B grade, For GreenVision as a service business, that is not good enough. We strive for exceptional service! I remember this property very well and I am surprise by her review. We did her request for scheduling the work and completion before her party, which we met! I do not recall any mulch sales and it is rare for me to miss a new sale, and I did email her conformation of scope of work as she agreed too. I will take full blame for any communication errors because I did not do a follow up with the client because of the spring rush and I am correcting that by a form called the "Creating Visions of Greatness Page" This form will help GreenVision and the customer, with what the property will look like after the service is finished and a list of services requested. also it will have Quality: degree of excellence, Scope of work:measure of details, and Budget: time and money. This will help us give the customer value by communicating and finding there wants. This form will have a a couple of questions after a task/service that has been performed and a follow up to insure all customers expectations have been met! I do want to make clear my business practices are of the utmost integrity and her statement by the babysitter is misleading in grammar. We serviced this property as paid, 8 man hours, 4 hours there with 2 laborers ( one was myself) for a total 8 man hours, plus no time charged for hauling debris or disposal fees to the customer."

The client was really happy with the work and even gave us both a nice tip! Which is never expected. We always strive for very happy clients after doing a job and we ask how the job looks before leaving. I am very disappointed she given a B rating and slightly confused.
