BILL BELL CONSTRUCTION

Bill and his team replaced some external boards at my house that were rotting with Azek, a synthetic decking product. We started this project about two years ago, and it was completed promptly including painting of the new boards to match existing surrounding boards. This included having some team members come back to touch up some painting at my request.
About a year later I noticed that some of the new boards had chipped, so I called Bill and they returned to replace them again at no new cost. As this happened relatively soon before the big winter struck, I thought the job was complete. Bill called me this spring to ask if they could return and touch up some more painting that they hadn't gotten to last winter. Honestly, with the severe winter I hadn't really been outside to examine the boards, so this showed a lot of dedication on Bill's part.
Bill's team also built a large addition on my friends' home, and they have nothing but great things to say about them. I agree - the team members were polite, clean, always wore protective covers in my house, and had a high work ethic. I believe that a critical member of the team suddenly passed away around the time we started working together, and that has slowed down their ability to take care of jobs. Additionally, my project was really a small job, and they were trying to coordinate it with other work nearby. Bill has always been very accommodating of my personal schedule and apologetic for any delay. All delays have been with starting these jobs (again, small tasks), and when they have started the projects they are done rapidly and well.
I would definitely consider Bill Bell for any larger jobs that could come up.

Several months later once I had settled in I called BIll and he came out to do a formal estimate. He was prompt, on time and professional. He and all his men are courteous and remove their shoes inside the house. Around this time one of BIll's most reliable workers died suddenly of a heart attack, so they were very busy and scheduling the estimate and work were a little difficult. This is a temporary situation and Bill was very apologetic about it, giving me his cell phone number to avoid that in the future.
The work was ultimately done about a month after that, and since my job was relatively small he was able to put it together with a larger job in my neighborhood. Bill and his men found even more rotted wood once they got started and took care to replace that as well, even matching the appearance of the wood before. They painted the boards to match the surroundings, which required buying a new can of paint. They got the job done in less than a week, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to protect fixings nearby their work that were not part of the job. When they were done, I had the opportunity to make sure I was happy, and they returned to paint a few more details when I asked.
Bill also built a garage addition for my friends, a much bigger job, and they were also completely satisfied. Throughout my interactions I thought Bill was honest, invested in doing a good job and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him in the future should that be necessary.
