"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Thank you very much for giving us all A's! We appreciate doing work for you and will always strive to give you our best!! Ricardo"
Our neighbors have commented on how great our lawn and flower beds look which is really due to Ann Arbor Lawn Care. We're not used to paying for expanded lawn care but we can really see the difference in how our house looks.
This 2012 year, we must add additional cedar mulch in the front as the liner is showing through as in many areas not enough cedar chips were added to cover the liner to last more than one year. I need to have the edging replaced as well and trees trimmed so they do not touch the house. Anyone hiring this company should have a detailed description of exactly what this company will do for the job and have it detailed with drawings so there are no problems at the end. What is discussed verbally to the letter should be placed into the contract exactly so you have a detailed blueprint to follow when the company does the job. Rely on what is written in the agreement. Make sure that materials are not changed in the process, and detail how much exactly will be done, how many inches in detail, and rely on specific drawings and detailed descriptions of products used to indicate what has been agreed upon.
