It was lovely. They are very accommodating and you can get an appointment quickly. They have groomed my dog for 7 and a half years. He is actually one of their favorite clients. Sometimes they might be training groomers. A couple of times they have cut his nails too short. But you cant see the vein because he has black nails. Sometimes he is there a long time, like 4 or 5 hours. It's dog grooming, some things are beyond their control.
