The Cleaning Authority

They clean my house every two weeks.  It's always 2 - sometimes 3 -people. They bring all their own supplies and equipment. They are prompt, even in this snow and cold.  The various tasks are accomplished on a schedule with certain areas getting special attention each time.  They are friendly, professional getting in and out as quickly as possible.  All work is to my satisfaction.   Highly. Recommend them.

They cleaned like it was a "weekly" cleaning instead of a one-time, thorough cleaning. They didn't even have to clean any of the floors as that was done by HD Chemdry. Not impressed.

I've used this service for a year+. They are efficient, careful, pleasant, and very effective. I've recently added washing of my windows, another of their services. They are unmatched for all I want in a cleaning service!

I pulled their name of Angie's List. I liked them very much. When we went on to Angie's List, we picked the top three rated ones in the area for cleaning services. We called and set up interviews. I actually did not do the interviews but my husband did. He did say they sounded the nicest and all their prices were pretty much the same and they all pretty much did the same work or clean the same way. We chose them mostly because the people seemed nicer. They did a good job, better than what I did. My husband when he interviewed them, there was a note that he was in the service, currently deployed so I thought we were getting a little bit better deal. They gave us a break of military discount. The price worked nice for us. Normally the regular rate was pretty much in line with what everyone else was charging. Their quality was good. In terms of responsiveness and punctuality, they came on a particular day. Sometimes they were here earlier. They accommodated me when I had a sick kid and I had to stay home, they had accommodated later in the week, so that was good. However, time wise, I was not here, they came when I was not here so I could not even tell what time. On Tuesdays, I stayed out of the house.

They are great. They estimate the price on the size of the house and if you have carpet or not. They are very professional and careful. They are always on time and have never broke anything. The manager will randomly come and check on the work they do.

I made an appointment for an estimate and she came to my house the next afternoon after I got off work. She was very nice and professional. She explained everything that they do and their prices. At the end of our appointment, I said I wanted to discuss it with my husband. I did and he wanted me to get another estimate from another company. I did so over the phone and the second company charged more and didn't do as much. I called The Cleaning Authority back and got the woman's partner, a very nice gentlemen, and he was very pleasant and said he would have the woman call me back. She did shortly later and we set up my services. I then called the day before they were to come and verified that they were coming and our plans. I got the gentleman again, and once again he was very nice, polite, and friendly. I was so happy to come home the afternoon they were there. The house looked amazing!! They got things clean that I didn't think could be cleaned! The women also left me a very sweet note about my dog. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

The overall experience was bad. They were very professional and that’s what had originally appeared to me. The first cleaning was okay, the second cleaning was bad, and so was the third. There was still a pile of dust left and they didn’t even make the bed. I live in a simple house that isn’t hard to clean. I tried to confront one of the owners and let him know I was not happy with their service. He told me since I waited a week to call there was nothing he could do about it. I would not recommend these people at all.
