Everything went very well. Technicians came within a couple of days of the estimate and did an admirable job. Very friendly and answered all my questions.

The shower needed a replacement in the pipe and we needed all new parts in the toilet. As well, the service man replaced the on/off knob for the water.

They did a great job. It was a fairly big project on the outside of the building. It was excellent. They thought the price was fair. We would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, we had a tough time scheduling the appt because he was so busy due to the numerous burst pipes and other things that this awful winter caused, so we did have to wait 2 weeks without any service. It wasn't their fault though- this winter caused way too many emergencies!
He showed up right on time (8:20- the receptionist informed me that "appt time" means when he leaves the shop) and got straight to work. He had the toilet fixed in about an hour and a half. By the time he was done and we had all of our questions answered, it was almost a 2 hour job.
We haven't had any issues with our plumbing since and I'll definitely call them again- they were very knowledgeable and responsive. I still think $210 was a lot for the 2 hours he was there, but from what I can tell it's comparable to the other plumbers in the area.

We had received a home warranty when we purchased our home a month ago. So when the kitchen sink started backing up, we had to call the warranty company. The referred our call to quality. They did a good job. They squeezed us in to get the problem fixed that day. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He offered his opinion on how to keep this problem from happening again, and removed the clog. I would for sure call them again if I had any other plumbing needs.
