Jay was so amazing! He was totally booked this week, but I called and told him I had friends coming to stay with me for a funeral in 2 days !! He told me he would help me out. I was so relieved. He showed up at workplace and said he would clean my carpets right now! I gave him the key to my house (I've used Jay in the past and I TOTALLY trust him).
When I got home this evening, I could not believe how amazing my house looked and smelled !!! He had all the chairs up off the floor, protected the legs of all the couches, tables and other chairs and turned on my fans so the carpets would dry faster !
Jay did such an amazing job, I will NEVER use ANYONE else!! Jay is also in our local SW Michigan Super Book

The price charged by them was under $100 for cleaning the carpet in the living room. They did a really good job and were very professional. They did a great job. They were excellent with their abilities. I was happy with what they were doing. They were in and out quickly. I am very satisfied with their work. Overall, they were excellent. The price was good. They did a fantastic job. There is a possibility of using their services again.

He always does a great job. He is always here on time and is very fair in his pricing. He probably goes and does a little bit extra. We’ve got a dog and a cat, and if there happens to be an accident or spot that we have missed or didn’t get very well, he will go back over that on his own and take care of it. We have used Jay for over twelve years and continue to return for repeat business. I would recommend, and have recommended him to anyone to perform the above referenced work
