RV Sales & Service
We had purchased our small (4' x 6') enclosed trailer from US-27
Motorsports 2 years previous. It had a normal amount of usage during
that time. We had an unusual situation where the trailer didn't hold up
properly. When I called them they informed me it was not under
warranty and the manufacturer was no longer in business. I explained
the nature of the "break" to them and they (although in disbelief) were
NEVER rude to me. They listened and agreed to look at the trailer
themselves (due to the circumstances). Upon inspection, they agreed
that the manufacturer had not completed the assembly correctly. They
had never seen this happen before (I completely believe them) and had
no prior negative experience with the quality of that manufacturer. They
towed it to their location, repaired it at no expense to me. They STOOD
BEHIND WHAT THEY SOLD!! How impressive is THAT!?!?! I will never shop
anywhere else for trailers or RVs (quads and such). They have a
customer for life and my gratitude.
