The wasps seem to be finished. After the appropriate interval I will plug the hole, and then figure out how to get the damage to the wall taken care of.



No-Risk provides a 60-day warranty on their work, which I find reassuring.

Ed knows his business. Noticed when he got out of his truck that our beautiful and quot;red budand quot; tree was housing a family of carpenter ants. ( this was missed by a different company and quot;. Inspected the entire house and exterior for infestation. Thank goodness, there only outside! If you have any kind of insect problem, call Ed Jones. He is knowledgeable, honest and fair!!

I like their responsiveness and punctuality whenever you call them or have an appointment.

The spraying was actually the third time that we've hired No-Risk Exterminating as they had previously performed pest inspections on two houses that we had made offers on (the latter of which we ultimately purchased). Every time they have been punctual and very professional. The carpenter ants nest was not in the house, but in a nearby tree (i.e., nothing was missed on the inspection, it was just something that came up). They were very responsive and explained how to control the issue (cutting down the infested tree) and other preventative measures that we can undertake ourselves. Ed was very thorough in explaining what to do and how a new homeowner like myself could do the routine preventative stuff on my own as cost-effectively as possible--unlike some exterminators who try to sell overpriced and unnecessary service contracts. I really appreciate them going out of their way to make sure that we shouldn't need them in the future! But if we have any future pest issues, they will be the ones that we call.

I liked the fact that this is a third generation family business, that means a lot to me. He was prompt and his son came out the next day to start my treatment. I really appreciated how quickly things went and that they didn't have to drill holes all over. I feel real pleased with their care and was encouraged to call if I had any questions.

They are always on time and the price is always what they say it will be. They are very professional and efficient. It's a family-owned company so I feel I've gotten to know them pretty know.

I originally used No-Risk many years ago when I had a terrible problem with clover mites and other companies wouldn't even bother to identify the pests. After other companies insisted they were sewer flies and charged me for multiple treatments that didn't take care of the problem, a kindly plumber referred me to No-Risk.

Ed came out immediately, identified the bugs and provided me with information on what they were and how I came to have a problem. As it turns out, the lawn company I used at the time was overfeeding the lawn, and that encouraged the clover mites to take over. With one treatment, my problem was gone!

I've continued to use Ed's company to keep away spiders, wasps, etc., and I've always very pleased. One or two treatments a year, and I no longer have any bug problems. Other companies required me to sign expensive contracts, and despite increasingly frequent treatments, I always struggled with pests.

Excellent, professional, timely service. I have no frame of reference whether the cost was reasonable, inexpensive or expensive; I'm just happy to be rid of the bees and in a timely, quick and reasonable method. I'd pay the same again.

Evidence of mice was present upon purchase of our home. As part of the final contract, the previous owners paid for an exterminator to treat for mice; real estate agent recommended No-Risk Exterminating. (My husband and I were new to the area and knew of no exterminators). Ed came out, was very kind, explained everything, laid traps for us, did a thorough inspections, recommended sealing cinder blocks in the garage (carpentry work, which we did ourselves) and offered his card if we had any future problems. It's been two years and no evidence of the mice.
