I chose Macomb Inspections because of the unanimous 5-star reviews, and they did not steer me wrong. I can't recommend Casey highly enough. He called me back quickly, was able to schedule us for the next day, and was kind enough to move the time so my realtor could be present. He took time to explain everything he was doing and went the extra mile to be sure to protect us from any serious or potential problems. When the house proved structurally sound, he was almost as happy for us as we were. His report was very thorough and comprehensive, and he spent more time talking with me on the phone to give me advice on what to watch for in septic issues, even though he wasn't inspecting septic for us. All that and extremely reasonable too.

Casey was awesome. He is such a friendly and kind person but so professional at the same time. I scheduled him the day before our inspection to do a sewer scope and he rearranged his schedule to make it work. He was right on time, was very quick and knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to my wife and I and explained what to look for. The house we were inspecting was still occupied and he took the time to clean up his work space and place everything back just the way it was. We could not have had a better experience with Casey and best of all he gave us the best price on the work and is highly qualified for the jobs he does. Work hasn't started yet not until Monday. I was satisfied with his price of labor and supplies. Very friendly and helpful about what was needed for the repair of he privacy fence. I know when the job will be started would be professional. I have plenty of confidence. He is an honest person.
