Krueger Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the tri-county area since 1930. The counties we cover are Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties of Michigan. We are also family owned and operated. We service residential, commercial and industrial properties. We service a variety of different customers that include both homeowners and business owners. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and quality work. At Krueger Heating and Air Conditioning, we always strive to make things more convenient for our customers. We offer free estimates on new equipment and offer a 24-hour emergency service. We are American Standard Certified and a Registered Customer Care Dealer. On one of those freezing evenings this past winter we discovered we had no hot water. The next morning we weren't expecting much luck as we already knew the heating and cooling guys had tons of furnace work due to the horrible temperature we were having. we called Kreuger because they had installed out furnace a few years back and everything went well. By that Monday afternoon we had a nice new water heater and plenty of hot water soi we could have proper showers not bird baths. As expected, the job passed inspection with flying colors

The work was scheduled on the fourth day following the estimate and was completed in one day without any problems. Because of the record warm March temperatures we've been able to test the system and everything seems to be working well.

Krueger Heating and Air Conditioning was very efficient and professional. They had installed the furnace and air conditioner in the fall and could not check the air conditioner until the temperature was high enough. When the temp reached the proper degrees to turn on it on, they called me to schedule a service check.

The initial meeting went well and the professional performance continued to the end. The installer was waiting for me when I came home to let him in the house to begin the work. The next day they were almost done when I checked with them at lunch time. They were very nice and helpful, did a great job of cleaning up and were responsive to all my questions. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant experience. Follow up on two concerns was prompt and handled to my satisfaction.
