Description of Work: Rekeyed front door lock and secured side door of vacant house. Very old lock set on front door could not be fully set properly, which I was warned of, however, when I went to use it the cylinder rotated freely, making it very difficul to lock, which was not what had been described. Still, there was no other reasonable cost way around it.
