Sterling Fence

Terrible service. Ordered fence in November 2016. Job was finally done in August 2017. Didn't cancel because of cancellation fee. Wouldn't show up when he promised. Avoided phone calls until it was time to pay him. Fencing sat on our back patio all summer until finally finished in August. We only had one side of our yard done. And the whole reason we finished fencing our yard is because we got a dog. There is such a big gap by the gate that our dog can get out anyway. Why bother calling them to fix it because I know Giles won't do anything about it anyway. Also, provided the same type of service to a friend. Unfortunately, we hired him around the same time, so neither of us knew how terrible he would be to work with.

Lousy ! Would never recommend him . He uses the St, Clair Post Office as his address. Unit 307 is not a suit number, it is a box # at the Post Office. Nice scam......collect a deposit and not preform knowing the job will be cancelled and then keep part of the deposit. My case it was $900 for him not to follow theough.

They were good. Their communication was quite poor though. I knew the guy from high school. The cost of the service was more than $1800.

From my first call to it's completion Sterling fence Co. was professional, true to there quote and provided expert installation with high quality materials. Project Manager Giles Crouch pulled all the necessary permits, presented detail plans to my association for approval and made sure he was present for our city inspector. He was always on the job site making sure our plans were executed. It was an easy check to write because it all went so smooth.
