did not stand behind their work or word

The stones were set in sand and should have had a **** that stays flexible between them. Instead the wrong material was installed. It hardened and then cracked and heaved. It was a hazard and a mess. We had a guarantee from Roger Soulliere, the head/owner of this company.He came out and tried to sell us a completely different "upgraded" product, and then finally agreed to fix the walkways. After the entire next summer went by, he hadn't done so. We repeatedly attempted to reach hime by phone and mail, even by certified letter. He "ducked" all attempts, having a person repeatedly say he was unavailable and refusing even the certified letter. By this time (over a year later) we had to hire a stone company (Stonescape) to repair the broken walkways. It cost $2500. Roger Soulliere wouldn't repay us even after many attempts to hold him to his guarantee. We were told by another hardscaping company that he been forced to declare bankruptcy. We found him to be untrustworthy.

Excellent. A little pricier than some other companies, but well worth it.  You get what you pay for.

I was pleased at first because Michelle came right to my house within an hour of stopping into the store to ask about a quote. She walked around my home with me and was very knowledgeable about all the plants and which ones should be removed. She said she would call me with a quote but she thought it would be $600-$800. It took about a week to get the quote..it was stuck in my door, no one called. I even stopped into the store again to ask about it because I thought maybe they forgot about me. When I got the quote I was disappointed with the $950 price. I asked how long they thought to finish the job and she said a day. I thought that was high for one day's work just trimming and removing, not planting anything. Again I was happy when she said they would do it for $800. They got started quickly(within a couple of days), another plus. The 2 guys who did the removing were very nice and did a good job, they removed a couple of things that weren't on the quote that I asked them to remove. The trimming guy came by the next day and finished by trimming all of the trees and bushes. He did a great job. I still think $800 for less than one day's work for 3 people and no plants or trees purchased is a bit high. I need to get some plantings done but I'm not sure if I will hire them again, still deciding even though I put "no" on the form. Overall good experience but I'm afraid to find out how much planting costs.

We buy plants from them and they occasionally install the larger plants/trees. They have also done some landscape designing for us. They do a good job and are very friendly and helpful. They are not too "over the top" with their ideas/designs and consider what the customer needs. My need with 3 kids is not having a big green over-done back yard, but something more simple. I want pretty flower beds and nice plants and trees, but I also need big lawn areas for baseball games. My parents use them for everything and won’t call anyone else.

I went to Soulliere to buy quaility pavers for a front walkway. The young girl in the landscaping area was friendly and tried to be helpful. When I went to the counter there was a blond (who I think is with the family) and didn't help much at all. She was bitchy and didn't want to be bothered and just rang up the pavers. I found out later someone should have taken me out to where they keep the pavers so I could see the color and even pick out the pallet the that I wanted. So when the pavers were delivered there were a large percentage of tan colored pavers, instead of red, which is not what I wanted. When I immediately called after delivery, the same bitchy woman told me that is how they look on the outside but when you open them and install them it won't be the case. Well she was wrong and 75% of all the pavers were tan, and when I called to explain and complain afterward, they wanted nothing to do with me. I experiecence very poor quality service and assistance, when I was spending a good amount of money.

The men that came were very professional and very dedicated to seeing everything was planted and cleaned just right. They were prompt and answered all I questions I had. I liked the price and would use them again as well as refer them to others.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THIS COMPANY. I REALLY LIKE HOW THEY ARE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WANT TO HAVE MORE WORK DONE IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL CALL THIS COMPANY.
