Great. They showed up on the day they promised and installed the new valve (old one was leaking).

After a new landscaping job, I needed to repair two cracked water lines, re-size several risers and also needed to replace five sprinkler heads. The team of two service men arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the job done right. I would definitely hire them again. It was also a pleasure to have someone actually return my phone call promptly, when other service providers do not seem inclined to do that.

Great. First indication was when they answered the phone after 5:00PM. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. Service went well. Prices are fair. I left a message with two of the bigger companies in the area and neither of them even called me back. They scheduled a follow up service due to the valve on the side of the house is dripping. I will write an additional review for that service call.

I've used Shores for years. The owner, Eric, is very attentive and
professional. They do my sprinkler start-up each spring, and also the
final shut down. Since I often tweak my garden layout, I call Shores
to revise the sprinkler pattern. They show up when they say, and the
workers are always courteous. If I ask Eric to come out personally
(which I have to get ideas on how to better sprinkle a certain area), he
always shows up with good ideas (and cost-effective ideas, too). HIGHLY recommended.

It was a very good experience. They were on time and actually came early to make sure they could fit me in. They were excellent.
