Had a problem with my car not starting, brought it to them, twice they returned it to me saying the problem was fixed when it wasn't, I made the mistake of taking it back to them each time. They charged me to replace a part, but even when replacing that part didn't fix they problem they just said "well, it needed to be replaced anyway." Eventually they just told me they couldn't figure it out and I should take it somewhere else. I did, and the next place I took it to fixed it straight away for a reasonable price. The guys at Ron & Bob's could probably rebuild a classic car from the ground up, but when it comes to a newer car, they're in over their heads.

They handled everything in a timely and professional manner, explained thoroughly what needed to be done and why, even went out of their way to save me some money on the job. I even brought my car in once before for an intermittent problem, the problem didn't happen for the 2 days they had the car so even though I know they put time into it they refused to charge me anything, even though I offered to give them something for their time. Very pleased with their work, will definitely be back.

They are great and honest. My husband thought it was a couple of things that was only worn but I mean they could have taken the cleaner parts. So I thought they are very, very honest.

Their price is fair and they are fast.

They explained everything in detail and were fast in repairing myJeep. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.

The service center is run well by good, polite people in a safe and clean neighborhood. Work was performed on time as estimated. Will use them again in the future if needed. Mechanic even asked me to let him know how the alignment went in case it had to be readjusted due to the front wheel rotation.

My 85 year old mother couldn't use her car for a month - it sat in her garage because it would leak gas when running and we obviously didn't want her driving it. I live 30 miles away and didn't know what to do about her car. I looked on Angie's List and found this garage close to her house. The guys there were very nice and accommodating. My family was concerned that the leak might be above the gas tank and muffler and could potentially be very expensive to fix. The mechanic looked at it and explained the leak was at the very top on the side, as apposed to the top, and although still hard to reach, not nearly as labor intense as if the leak was above. Because of that, the cost was much less than it could have been. We felt that they were very honest and upfront with us. I would not hesitate to take my Mom's car back there for any further problems!!!! Thank you Ron and Bob!!!

They are well known in the area and best known for their honesty. I have had both my car and my wife's car there. I would leave the vehicle to be looked and tell them my thoughts and they will call me. He will let me know if something really needs repair or replaced or if it can wait a little while. My father-in-law recommended them to me. I took my car once to have the alignment looked at, he took a look and even showed me what he would be looking for. He never charged me for the diagnostics and the alignment was fine. They will also pick you up and drive you home. No matter what repair I have ever had with them and what the cost, I've never felt cheated with them.
