"Hi Thank you for reviewing this, I was hired to do a gutter install for the customer that had a patio removed. The previous contractor before me did damage to her property and also removed exterior trim that he should not have. It was a very small job and she could not get anyone to do it it because it was a small job. I told her we could replace the trim total of 11ft and the gutter under contract. Once the job was totally done I did a walk around with her and we also did a water test to prove her gutters did not leak and they drain properly. Also explained to her that the wood was fine and the trim was done , she stated that it?s looks fine and it was better than not having anything there. 2-3, months after completion nothing leaks and trim is still hanging up there, she stated that she had questions- I kindly told her that unless the gutter leaked or the trim failed and fell nothing I can do. The customer started dropping F bombs on me and that?s pretty much the end of that. If she wasn?t fully satisfied from the beginning then it should have been addressed when we did the walk around before payment.. Unfortunately this is one of very few customers that you can not please no matter what you do or do not. She definitely had a bad experience with contractors but taking it out on me is not the way to go."
