I had problems with water coming out of the spout of the bathtub while taking a shower. I also needed new washers put in the hot and cold water knobs. The guy came out and worked on the faucet. Then he left and, when I turned on the water, the water was coming out of the spout even worse then before he worked on it. I called him and it was difficult, but I was able to get him to come back one more time. He replaced the hot and cold knobs but didn't seem to have all the necessary parts. So, I had new hot and cold knobs that didn't match the one that turns on the shower. AND, the water was still running out of the spout when the shower was on. He left and never returned or answered my phone calls. I paid him $90 and then had to hire another plumber who did a fantastic job and everything is now working great. My advice: call Warren Pipe and Supply.
