we chose them for a second time because they did a good job the first time that we had used them. They also located a part to our very old furnace and had it fixed within 24 hours.

Two technicians came out and were able to fix the AC that day. It took them about an hour and they did a great job.

Unit was installed to accept a filter size that is expensive and difficult to locate, the installed drain piping did not drain correctly, instead backing up. I fixed the issue myself. The outside piping was also leaking in water into the brand new furnace unit. Recently upon calling to acquire a new filter, attempted to pressure me into buying several filters. After agreeing to bring one, it has been a good week and still haven't received it, even though the business location is within several miles. These people seem to have a bad attitude. Not satisfied.

"No issues were ever brought up, and this customer is mad because he hasn't received a $25 filter that he can pick up at lowes or home depot for $36. He would like me to deliver him one filter, and I told him he should take two, and I have been very busy with very satisfied customers. I find it appalling that this person would try to degrade my company because I wouldn't deliver a filter to him right away when it is -20 deg out. I guess I should get this guy a filter, instead of fixing the people with no heat. He also has a full 2 year warranty on the install, and this is the first thing I have heard from him. This guy was told the air cleaner I installed takes a standard 16x25x5 filter found in your local Home Depot or Lowes, he just wants me to deliver it for cheaper, and use my time and gas for basically free. I think this guy should go work for free tomorrow for one hour, and than write a review on that experience."

The technician was able to provide same-day service in the middle of a heat wave when most other companies were running several days to a week or more for service calls. The repair was successful and matched exactly what the technician described would be required over the phone. Also, the technician warned my son (quite accurately as it turned out) that the air conditioner would need replacement soon. Even so, this repair provided some much needed comfort and helped to extend the life of a 22 yr old AC unit through the rest of the summer months.

The furnace had failed, and the water heater was on its last legs. He came out and figured out exactly what was needed, and explained everything very clearly. Very enthusiastic and straight. Didn't have a part in his van, and came back the next day to finish the job. Good communication, cleaned up afterwards and have had no problems the past couple of years. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I was very happy with the final project! Of course, I had no heat before the new furnace was installed. Scott fit me in his schedule as quickly as possible. All aspects of the project were explained to me. It was a lengthy project, almost 12 hours!
