I needed the existing utility sink and associated pipe/plumbing replaced. The previous vanity and sink were leaking and rusted and required replacement. I was quoted $1,000 for the work. This included a replacement vanity with large sink, faucet and the copper pipes feeding the washer.
At first inspection of the completed job I immediately noticed: 
1) the plastic piping was pushing against the floor of the vanity.
2) The drain leaked right from the start.
3) the materials were as cheap as they could be. Plastic faucets, plastic drain, painted fiber-board vanity. It was the worst. Considering I paid what I thought was a premium price for the job the materials were substandard.
The first time I did laundry the sink leaked at the drain fixture. I called Positive Plumbing back. They did return but the sink leaked again at the drain. Still not resolved. Called them back for a second time and they did not return my calls. I stopped payment on the check. That finally got their attention. They arrived and worked to resolve the issue and it appeared they fixed it but only after reworking everything.
Approximately 8 months later and the thing is leaking again. And the cheap particle-board vanity floor is warped from getting wet from the leaks.
These guys are the worst.

Was a half hour early.  Was supposed to be there between 7:30 and 8:00am and was pounding on my door at 7:00am.  completed the work in a hurry.  He added a gas line for my new dryer.  work was done corerectly; however, when he moved my dryer, he tore my new flooring in three places.  also, the price was said to no higher than 230.00 and he charged me 260.00. would not use this company again.
