The crew from Peterbuilt arrived at the agreed upon date to perform the roof job. In tearing off the old shingles which I had requested they found several sheets of rotted underlayment (Plywood) they had come to the job with some plywood incase they needed it.
They went ahead with the replacement of the roof wood as necessary to continue the job with out interruption.
The materials above he wood were of better quality than that recommended by the roofing association. I know this because I had researched it while I was getting estimates. The price quoted by Peterbuilt was comparable to the other companies I had considered and better than several had quoted for roofing over the old shingles.
The roof was completed quickly with excellent results including a good clean up.
The porch addition was designed and attached to the house in a short time as well. The new porch improved the curb appeal of the front of our home immensely as we were told by several neighbors.
I found Peter the owner of the company and Brandon supervisor to be professional and accommodating all of the crew from Petebuilt were polite and professional.
I am very very happy to have used Peterbuilt for the work I had done and highly recommend them to any one considering repair or improvements to their home.

There were a couple delays in getting the project started - due to a busy schedule and weather - although disappointing that's understandable. Once the crew got started, they worked diligently until the job was completed - it took a couple of days. The porch had to be attached to the house and our new paver patio had to be drilled in to and torn up a bit. This company did an awesome job. They did everything right - well almost :) The baluster caps were installed upside down - but the next day Peter was out and had the problem fixed - it was perfect then.

Work was done promptly and efficiently. Clean up was excellent. Entire job from quote to finished roof was done in 2 weeks with the roof going on in 2 days. It was a difficult installation in terms of getting the material up to the roof and the tear off of the old cedar shakes was very messy. The houses are very close together so the dumpster could not be brought close in, making the job labor intensive. Good profession work.
