Jeff Work is an unlicensed contractor who sells himself as licensed and insured. He has a lawsuit pending against him for operating without a license & building permit and for accepting money but not completing the job. Beware of this man! He lied to me and the city of Royal Oak. He refuses to return the money that he did not earn, so we're forced to take him to court. The quality of the work that he did do was not up to code and needed to be torn down and started over by a new contractor. Do not hire this man for work!
