Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced ever. From the first phone call to the final result, I was blown away by the professionalism. Jason and Dave answered all my questions, and attended to each problem (and there were several) explaining every step he had to take. I was very impressed that he actually fixed issues that were causing the problem and I didn’t need to replace with new fixtures. I would definitely call them again. They were very reasonable and I did not feel taken advantage of. Give them 10 stars!

One week before (April 2016), I had Mr. Rooter come out to inspect the small amount of water coming up from the basement drain floor.
    With not doing a whole lot and using a blade that jammed and got caught trying to cut through the main sewer, the guy sent a camera through and announced that my yard needs to be dug up and half the deck would need to be torn out at a small cost of around $3,300 to replace a sewer line.  Service call lasted less than 30 minutes.  I didn't feel he (one person) did a thorough inspection.  I even asked if he could at least  clear the drain at the laundry tub where water had overflowed.  He said he didn't see the point in doing that if the problem was in my sewer and the line was surely busted.
    Well, I decided a second opinion was going to happen.  A friend referred me to Earl J. Weil & Son Plumbing.  They came out the next day.  Two workers came and did a thorough, thorough inspection.  Time involved was just over an hour. They even laid down floor covering to protect the floors when bringing in equipment.   They were professional, friendly, and explained everything they were doing.  Even their equipment was heavy duty and cut through the roots with ease.
    Result:  Sewer line was not busted.  Roots were cleared out and they cleared the drain at the laundry tub.  Cost was $255.00.   (A sure lot cheaper than the $3300 quoted to tear up the yard by Mr. Rooter.)

Very professional, neat, and thorough. Could not have been a better experience.

This was an emergency situation - when I called, the woman who answered was very nice and assured me that someone could be to my house in about 60-90 minutes. Sure enough, Brian called and was headed to my house in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and nice - and gave us some tips. I will be calling them again for any plumbing emergency or nonemergency!

They fixed the pipes and did a great job. I thought the price was fair, because the guy had to go into a nasty crawl space. I had to wait a couple days for the service call, but I didn't mind--many people were in the same predicament as I was. I would definitely do business with Earl Weil again.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Very clean. Office staff is courteous and helpful. |Have used them several times since 1991. Have always been polite and professional. Will use them again.

Setting up the appointment was smooth. Technician called on time as promised and came right out on the appointed day and at the appointed time. Was professional and explained well what needed to be done and the cost in advance. Price was ok with me. It is what it is, because of 1) the plumber's rates, 2) Kohler's charge for the toilet kit. Do I wish it were less expensive? Of course, but the major part of the bill was Kohler's kit and one must just live with that. I like this company and hope to adopt them as my plumber of choice for future work.

It went great! The pipe in my main floor bathroom broke at @ 7:00 AM I called at 9:00, They came right out for an estimate. The repair man came at 12:00 and everything was done by 5:00. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

They responded immedately to our emergency situation and made the needed repairs. I was very pleased with the response. Price was on the high side, but reasonable considering the situation. I will use them again

The plumber arrived on time, had some faucets on hand that we picked from. He proceeded to uninstall our old faucet and replaced it with theirs.

Earl and Sons worked hard to fit me into their schedule that day, they were booked with a big commercial client. I think they squeezed me in on a parts run for the other client. They fixed all of my ailments in about 30 to 45 minutes. They charge a flat fee for the first half hour and then an hourly rate after that. They guy worked fast. He used parts I had around my house so he did not have to charge me for those. I can't remember the details but I know he even traded me a part (the part I had was fine but did not work in my situation) so he traded me for one of his. I tried fixing most of the problems myself but my fixes did not last. He gave me tips and told me where I went wrong.

The service was so good, he can keep his tips. I know who I'm calling next time a plumbing issue arises.

They are honest and a great value. They won't try to squeeze extra money out of you.

Replaced old faucet and installed new faucet. They were on time, courteous and got the job done in a professional manner. Had a problem with another dripping problem and they returned 6 months later, no charge, and showed me how to correct it myself when it happened again so I wouldn't need another service call.
