He was wonderful! He came out very quickly and within 3 days they installed my new gutters. They were prompt, efficient, and clean. Very nice, polite, and professional gentleman. Best of all my new gutters are absolutely Beautiful!

Everything was fantastic. I want him to put more windows for me but I can't afford them right now. He did service for me two years ago. He put in windows and it was my first experience with them. I had a problem. One of the sills broke. He immediately ordered and he came out and replaced it. He's been by far the best person I've ever dealt with. I have recommended him to other people.

Tim arrived for my estimate on time and did a thorough measure. He showed me samples of his windows and trim wrap. Both were of high quality and much better than local competitors. He gave suggestions of what would be best for my home and quoted me a very competitive price. After giving the go ahead, Tim scheduled his installer to do a second measure. His installer called me to inform me when he wanted to stop and measure, called when he arrived, called me to confirm my window choice and when he left. Tim then let me know how long the process would take from ordering to installation. Once my windows ready he, arranged a delivery date and time and windows were delivered on time. His installer called the same day and scheduled my install for a Friday. He called the next day to let me know due to the weather he needed to move me to Saturday instead. It helps being informed and understanding why things sometimes are delayed. He was prompt on Saturday, the installers were courteous, clean and friendly. The job was completed in two days and no mess to clean up either. Tim called to follow up and my completion price was very close to my estimate. There was a small additional charge, less than $200 for unexpected extra work and material, but I was notified prior. The communication, professionalism, quality and workmanship far exceeded my expectations. Finally, a pleasure to deal with a home contractor. Thank you Tim and Chosen Home Improvement!
