What I like about them is that they do the surface cleaning and they don't soak your carpets so you have to move out for a few days while it dries. You can walk on them in about two hours. I call them back every year!

He was a very nice and professional man and I am sure the service he provides is a good one, but for some reason when he did my rug, it left the thing very frizzled after. I have a feeling it was the chemical he used to clean it with. I wouldn t use his service again but I cannot say for anyone reading this not to, because it could have been the rug.

I liked that they gave me a confirmation call just before coming. The carpets were dry within twenty four hours and they got the stains out. They are a professional company that can stand behind their work.

One of the things that I liked is, that it didn't take very long for my carpets to dry. Another thing was that, they actually did everything they told me they were going to do. I think they are as good, as any out there.

They did a great job! Very punctual and courteous. I thought the cost was reasonable (also received a 10% coupon for Home Depot!) Given the size of the area that was cleaned. They vacuumed first; moved all of the big furniture and put it back; and pretreated the stains. All but a couple small stains were removed. I would definitely use them again!

The service was excellent. The technician moved some items, even though he was working alone. He worked really hard on spots.

THEY WERE NOT THAT GREAT. I THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THEY NEED TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME ON IT. I LIKE THAT THE CARPET DRIES WITHIN AN HOUR. I JUST THINK THAT THEY NEEDED TO PUT 100 PERCENT IN TO IT.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I AM ACTUALLY HAVING THEM COME BACK SOON. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.

I LIKE THEM BECAUSE MY FURNITURE DRIES SO QUICKLY. THAT IS THE MAIN REASON THAT I USE THEM. I ALSO LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCT IS NON-TOXIC. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGHER PRICED THOUGH.

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. I WOULD NOT THINK OF USING ANOTHER COMPANY. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. MY CARPET LOOKED NEW AFTER THEIR DONE.

THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET AND ANY OTHER WORK THAT THEY HAVE TO DO. THIS IS A FRANCHISE COMPANY AND THE ONE I USED WAS VERY GOOD .

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS EXCELLENT. I USE THEM ALL OF THE TIME. I LOVE THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SEND OUT TO MY HOME THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
