The experience went very well. After having a bad experience with another Chem-Dry location, I was leery. But, CD of lakeshore was great! I booked an appointment two weeks in advance. I called a few days later to find out if they could move the appointment up. They had nothing available at the time. But, they did call me two times before my scheduled appointment to inform me that they had cancelled appointments and to ask if I would like to take those. (I was unavailable.) The actual cleaning experience went well. They arrived on time and finished within one half hour. The couches look great and all the stains were removed. The couches also dried very quickly (within three hours).

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND THE FURNITURE LOOKS NICE AFTERWARDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
