Great! Bob came over the day of and finished the job within an hour. He is very reasonable, and knowledgeable. He mentioned that his father was an electrician and that he’s been at the trade forever. I feel comfortable with him, being that I own a 1930s home - he’s been around and seen lots of different wiring. I will definitely call bob again if needed

Bob was fantastic. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and found the source of the problem. The problem turned out not to be with the electrical system. (It was an HVAC issue.) Even though this was a problem he couldn't repair, I would definitely hire him in the future.

Bob is the best! I am very particular who I hire. Bob is a master electrician (I checked with the State of MI before hiring him) and he is extremely knowledgeable. Bob is also a perfectionist, which is exactly the type of person I wanted working on my electric. He did everything he promised and more. The new circuit breaker panel was installed perfectly. Everything is clean now and he fit it into the wall of my finished basement so that it looks great. The outside electrical work he did looks great too, he cleaned it up and added the generator inlet plug--it looks better than it did before. Bob's assistant was also great. He showed me exactly how to use the interlock switch. After the project was completed, we discovered that there was a problem with the generator cord that I ordered and Bob figured out the problem and came back to my home to fix it. He's a great problem solver. When you hire Bob, you get Bob and not someone-else dispatched to your home that you never spoken with. You get Bob and all of his experience. I highly recommend Bob, you will be extremely pleased you did so. I could not be happier. A++++

This was an outstanding experience from the moment I called, to the moment they left my home. Prompt, courteous, thorough and the nicest gentlemen! Their price was also quite fair. I showed them some truly botched work that another company had done installing a new line for my fridge and Bob was willing to help correct the mess (the other company actually drilled a hole in my wood kitchen floors to feed a line up and then drilled into the wall to feed up the line to the new receptacle!). Such a professional and such a great team of guys! You will NOT be disappointed with Bob Thompson Electric, Inc.
