repair went very well small repair but needed to be done

No complaints. Punctual and clean... The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations...

Doug did a good job and completed on time at the quoted price. We did have one leak after he finished. It was near a vent can on our Florida room roof. Bob did come out and seal that area though.

He did a good job, but didn't return my call this year for some agreed upon follow -up work

The job went well.  Doug Isham has a lot of experience roofing.  I got a great quality job at a very competitive price.  Very complete clean up as well.  Recommended.

It went well. They gave me a good price and the work looks good. They were timely and responded when they said they would. They were on schedule and worked with us.

Prompt and courteous service.  Work was done as promised.  Some weak areas of the roof were given sealant for reinforcement.  An estimate for a new roof was given.

I have used them several times. They are very fair, flexible and easy to work with. Their pricing is fair and they have very good quality. I will use them again in the future.

Overall the job is good. I think the clean-up could have been a little better.  B&D is a small operation, so it takes them a little longer to do the job, but that was not an issue for me.  We were caught in a period of rapidly raising material costs, so the cost of the job kept going up, which was frustrating.  I can't blame B&D for that.  All in all, it was a good job, and Doug (the owner) was professional and pleasant to work with.

Doug Isham gave us a very good estimate for the work that needed to be done.  Scheduled the job within just a few days of us agreeing to his estimate.  He showed up on time and finished the job in 6 hours....great   job.  Clean up was also very good.  We will be recommending him to friends and family for sure.  Thanks again Doug for a job well done.

They did very good work, he was very honest about his estimate and the carry over on the work was well done. I had a very good experience and I recommend them. They are the first people I would call if I needed something that they could handle.

They are terrific. He is honest, he does a good job, he?s reasonable, and he?s nice to deal with. You can talk things over with him and he doesn?t try to gouge you.

He was excellent. We couldn't afford a new roof, but he went up there and said that our roof was in pretty good condition and would last us for at least 10 more years. He showed up at 9 a.m. and was actually early. He was friendly and worked with us. He was always pleasant. When we told him we didn't want to have a whole new roof, he told us that there were 4 or 5 things that needed to be done and we agreed on that. He showed up when he was supposed to and it took him 2 hours to complete the work. He never replaced anything. There was no pressure. He came in and did what we said we needed. We thought he was really reasonable. Our neighbor asked us about him and his work 2 or 3 days later. We told him how much we liked the roofer and when we told him how much we spent, he was very impressed. We haven't had any problems with the roof since then. We liked the work he did and would hire him in the future if we needed work done. We would recommend him to others.

They were good. They gave me an estimate promptly. The came when they said they would and finished the job in one day. So far so good. There are no leaks thus far.
